Neptune Palm Beach Boutique Resort & Spa, Galu

Our stay at Neptune Palm Beach was generally delightful, with amazing food options and a beautiful beach right at our doorstep. The service was exceptional at times, especially from specific staff members, but we encountered some inconsistency. While the rooms were comfortable, we did face an issue with the lack of variety in some offerings, particularly during peak dining hours. However, we certainly enjoyed the facilities and overall experience that offered good value for money.

My stay at this hotel was quite a mixed bag. On one hand, the rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making our family holiday enjoyable. On the other hand, the service I encountered during checkout was frustrating, as I was wrongfully charged an additional fee for my infant. Thankfully, apart from this hiccup, the rest of our experience was pleasant with great food and lovely beach access.

My stay at the resort was absolutely wonderful! The beautiful surroundings and the superb food made my vacation delightful. The staff were genuinely courteous, and I felt well taken care of from check-in to check-out. However, I did notice that at high tide, the beach wasn’t ideal for swimming, but overall, it was an amazing experience that I would love to repeat.

Overall, my experience at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The pool area was large and visually appealing, and the food was tasty with a good variety. However, I was disappointed with the room quality and the lack of proper maintenance. Additionally, the all-inclusive concept left a lot to be desired, as many services were not included as expected.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Neptune Palm Beach Hotel. The location was absolutely stunning, right on Galu Beach, which is incredibly beautiful. The rooms were clean and spacious, and we appreciated the lovely touches from the staff. However, I did find the presence of monkeys around the hotel a bit unsettling at times. Overall, it’s a fantastic place for a relaxing vacation with plenty of activities and great food.
