My stay at the resort was absolutely wonderful! The beautiful surroundings and the superb food made my vacation delightful. The staff were genuinely courteous, and I felt well taken care of from check-in to check-out. However, I did notice that at high tide, the beach wasn't ideal for swimming, but overall, it was an amazing experience that I would love to repeat.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Neptune Palm Beach Hotel. The location was absolutely stunning, right on Galu Beach, which is incredibly beautiful. The rooms were clean and spacious, and we appreciated the lovely touches from the staff. However, I did find the presence of monkeys around the hotel a bit unsettling at times. Overall, it's a fantastic place for a relaxing vacation with plenty of activities and great food.
